Authorized officials of the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration, will conduct increased fiscalization supervision and procedures for monitoring the issuance and recording of invoices. Activities will be carried out in the area of ​​Lika-Senj County, as well as in the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and until 1 June 2026 continuously during the tourist season.

The aim of the above-mentioned supervisory activities is to detect taxpayers who systematically and intentionally violate tax regulations and to ensure smooth business operations for regular taxpayers.

In the case of violators, in the case of systematic and serious violations of tax regulations with the aim of obtaining illegal property, in addition to misdemeanor sanctions, a ban on performing activities will be applied to a greater extent in order to prevent further illegal actions.
