Every year for three days in July, Senj returns to the Middle Ages. Celebrating the long and interesting history of the town, Senj Tourist Board organizes a medieval feast at the famous fortress Nehaj. Passing by stands on the medieval fair one learns about medieval customs, crafts, arms, games and food. Costume entertainment is provided by actors and musicians, merchants and craftsmen who do their best to entice visitors to their stands, while knights in shining armor and soldiers from historic units fight for their attention on a knights' tournaments. www.tz-senj.hr

International Senj Summer Carnival

Time of event: first weekend of August

Certainly one of the most attractive Summer entertainment events on the Adriatic.ʉ۬Six days and nights of masquerades in the true sense of the word, they "rule" the city, justifying to the maximum each and every attribute of its name!! Since 1967, at the beginning of August the residents of Senj with their guests transform the city into the capital of the Summer masquerade on the eastern shore of the Adriatic. The most attractive day is Saturday when three thousand masqueraders in a great carnival procession on the streets of the city attract the attention of about 25,000 spectators.

Autumn in Lika, Gospić

Time of event: first weekend of October

"Autumn in Lika" is the name of the most important economic, cultural-tourism and ethnic manifestation of the Lika-Senj County, in which the identity of the Lika region and its people, who live in conjunction with nature, is presented every October.

The aim of the exhibition is to introduce potential products of small farms and producers of local agricultural products as well as foods and decorative products that preserve the tradition of the Lika region. The exhibition also offers numerous workshops, so those interested can learn firsthand how to produce things such as clay bowls, bukaras and tamburas, how to spin wool, weave baskets, make brooms from twigs and similar crafts.

Eco etno Gacka, Otočac

Time of event: the last weekend of July

Gacka eco-ethnic event attracts exhibitors of local products from Gacka, Lika and other Croatian counties. In addition to exhibition and sales fair, there is competition in cooking pot hunting, playground for children, performances of cultural associations and entertainment by traditional musical groups. Every year an international volunteer camp organized educational workshops and entertainment for children. The event was well attended and is developing an international character.

The Novalja Summer Culture Festival

Time of event: middle of June

The Novalja Summer Culture Festival begins during “Antonja” – St. Anton's Day (13th June), which is also celebrated as Novalja Day.

The program lasts for several days and it is infused with various cultural, artistic, entertainment and sporting events – art exhibitions, classical music concerts, folk group (klapa) and ensemble performances, promotions and book exhibitions, theatre performances, outdoor cinema, folk music concerts, shows, sporting competitions, etc.
During the Novalja Summer Culture festival, separate parts of the programme include the Novalja Summer of Music, which presents classical music concerts, and the theatre productions of the Novalja Triata.

Summer club events on the beach Zrće, Pag Island

Zrće, Croatian Ibiza, the most famous beach in Croatia, the center of summer and European club entertainment. In clubs (Aquarius, Papaya, Kalypso and Noah Beach) each year visiting the most important world-famous musicians. Tiesto, Fatboy Slim, Shapeshifters, Swedish House Mafia and Benny Bennassi are just some of them that uniquely created parties for a growing number of clubbers from around the world.
