Wooden house at the edge of Velebit Nature Park, in the hamlet of Dubokolje (1 km of gravel road form the center of the place, the first gravel road after the church right), in a valley surrounded by a dense beech and hornbeam forest, with only a few houses. Fourteen kilometers northwest of Gospić, in the direction of Smiljan, the road takes you beside Nikola Tesla's birth house and Memorial Center.

The house is located in a remote area at the foot of the hill in nature, surrounded by pine trees and bijelogoričnom which is designed as a park and surrounded by stone walls.Near the house is planted with herbs (lavender, sage and mint), and is thus guaranteed natural aromatherapy.

The house has a beautiful view of the valley and the Velebit mountain. Lika River is 1 km away, suitable for fishing, kayaking and swimming. The highway is 6km away, the town of Gospic 10 km, 40 km and the sea.

It is located 5 km from Gospic in the small village Mušaluk which is located at the foot of the hill, and in front of the Ličko polje (Lika field), which extends to the Velebit mountain. The house is located a few minutes from the highway. Distance to the city of Gospic is 5 km, and Karlobag 40 km, 100 km of Zadar, Plitvice 70 km and to Zagreb about 200 km.

We are located two kilometers from the node Perusic on the Zagreb-Split, at the foot of the hill Klis in a picturesque village Perušić, in the heart of Lika, surrounded by pine forests and pastures. Old Lika breathes the atmosphere of some ancient, past, almost forgotten time of Lika, where each Highland house had its own story, which is passed down from generation to generation while maintaining the authenticity and unique style of life, far, far away from the hustle and bustle.

Situated in the picturesque village of Kuterevo north of the Velebit Mountain, the Butina guest house offers you rooms with balcony and typical local food. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. If you are interested, you can help your hosts in making hay, herding the sheep or join them when gardening. You can also learn how to make jam or products from sheep wool. Guided mountain tours and rental bikes are available as well. The Orphan Bear Sanctuary is 1 km away. The National Park North Velebit and the Gacka River can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Within a 50-minute drive you can reach the beach in Sv. Juraj.
